How does the pricing work?
Prices are for 4-6 day rental.
Charges apply to rentals you reserve whether they are used or not.
How and when do I pay for the rental
items?
Payment on the rental is due the day
the rental is picked up. If we will be decorating for you,
payment for the rental is due prior to the wedding.
How and when do I pay for the
decorating service?
There is a $50.00 deposit prior to
the wedding to hold the date. Payment for the decorating
service is due prior to the wedding unless previous arrangements
have been made. The deposit will be deducted from the
decorating bill.
When should I make my reservation?
Early planning ensures product
availability. Because many weddings are planned 6 months to
a year in advance, it is important to make reservations as soon as
possible.
What if I need to change part of my
order?
We do realize that things do change
when planning a wedding. It is important that you contact us
or visit our store as soon as you need to make a change. We
will work with you as much as possible, but if major items such as
fountains, backdrops, ficus trees, etc, are reserved for you and
other opportunities to rent them out are lost because you failed
to notify us of your change of plans, you will be charged for the item(s), whether used or not.
When can I pick up my rental items
and when do they need to be returned?
Rental items can be picked up
Thursday or Friday prior to the event. They must be returned
no later than Tuesday after the event, unless prior arrangements
have been made.
Is there a fee for delivery or
pickup?
Yes. Basic fees are determined
by site location and ease of accessibility. There is a
mileage charge for out of town weddings. This fee is due
prior to the wedding.
What is my responsibility for rental
items?
You are fully responsible for all
rental equipment from the time of delivery or pickup until the
time items are returned.
What happens if an item is broken,
damaged or missing?
Any broken, damaged, missing or
stolen articles are your responsibility. You will be
responsible for the full replacement cost of the item(s). A
separate deposit may be required on certain items. |
